We ship worldwide in most countries. Please note, Qatar, Kuwait, Suriname, Lebanon, Netherlands, Finland, Mexico, Jamaica, Ghana, Uganda, Trinidad and Tobago, South America and South Africa are excluded.
Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

Refunds are being issued in the following cases:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
Customer must ship items at their own expense to our Canadian fulfillment center. Upon receiving the items within the 30 day limit a full refund will be granted. Also based on inspection ensuring the items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
If for any reason you do not receive your order within 60 days of the order being processed a full refund will be granted and when the item finally does arrive you will get to keep it free of charge! This is based on a shipping delay, or if the shipment gets lost- which we still have never had happen!
